15 Week ProgramThere are two key points to remember about our 15 week program. First, we implement every step of the program from start to finish. Second, our programs reduce workloads and maintain or improve your current level of quality. It is important to know that employees are not asked to do more work with fewer staff. The amount of work is reduced and the service is improved.Our programs begin with a strong introduction: Kick Off - Communicate about the program to everyone, department heads, employees and residents. Then, they follow four main steps: 1Measure Work - Identify all tasks, observe how they are done, eliminate unneeded steps, reorganize the rest. 2Presentation - The facility team of department heads present their findings and implementation plans to their management. 3Implementation - New schedules and new assignment sheets are first tested in smaller pieces. Employees are involved in the process of making things work. 4Reporting - Management reports are forwarded by each department head showing new ways of measuring performance and quality. Management systems are developed and implemented at each of our client facilities. Managers and supervisors are provided with the right package of tools, skills and training to produce the the highest levels of quality service and consistency of performance.
