Our programs are technically founded in industrial engineering and management science principles. Pioneers such as Frederick Taylor, B.F. Skinner and Dr. Edward Deming have provided us with the basic structure for approaching work improvement.
Ross Saldan and Cheryl McKenzie are the founders and principles of Saldan McKenzie. They have applied their many years of consulting experience to developing a program of work improvement specifically designed for Long Term Care.
Our clients have also shaped our program. Many executives, managers and department heads have contributed ideas of how to better implement improvement in their facilities. Even residents who have observed us, have provided interesting ideas which we have incorporated in our programs.
Listening to our own advice, we are continuously finding new ways to improve our services.
